In partnership with PT Mitra Wijaya Wisesa through a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) scheme, PT Mitrasraya Adhijasa manages Life Tower, a Grade A office building in Jakarta's golden triangle, located at Jl. H.R. Rasuna Said Kav. B-12, Kuningan, South Jakarta.

DICKY KURNIAWAN
COMMISSIONER
Born in Kediri in 1976, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Economics from Brawijaya University in 2000 and was appointed as a Commissioner of PT Mitrasraya Adhijasa (Persero) based on a Circular Decision of Shareholders in September 2023.
His career began at the State-Owned Enterprise, PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero), in 2002. From 2016 to 2019, he served as the Head of the Finance and Accounting Division, and then held the position of Officer TK I at PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) from 2019 to 2021.
In June 2021, he joined PT Asuransi Jiwa IFG (“IFG Life”) as the Division Head of Finance and Corporate Planning, and he currently serves as the Head of the Accounting Division at IFG Life.
Some of the expertise certificates he has obtained include ASEAN CPA, Chartered Accountant, and QCRO.

NYOMAN WAHYUTI, M.Sc
PRESIDENT DIRECTOR
Born in Jakarta in 1973, she obtained her Master of Science: International Management from Oxford Brookes University – Oxford, United Kingdom in 1997.
She started her career at the Royal Statistical Society – London, United Kingdom in 1998 as Assistant Meetings Manager, after returning to Indonesia she entered the hospitality world as PA to Director of Sales & Marketing at Kempinski Hotel Plaza Jakarta in 2000, Sales Manager at Patra Jasa Hotel Semarang 2001 – 2003, Sales & Marketing Manager Hotel Horison Semarang 2003 – 2005 and as Director of Sales & Marketing at Novotel Hotel Semarang in 2005 – 2006.
After that she served as a member of the Board of Directors in the BUMD owned by the Central Java Provincial Government, PT Sarana Pembangunan Jawa Tengah (SPJT) in 2006 – 2014 which was engaged in the infrastructure sector, with one of the projects being the construction of the Semarang – Solo toll road. Then served as Business Development Director at SoASIA Hospitality Jakarta in 2015 – 2018, Business Development Director at CASA BELLA Hospitality Semarang in 2018-2019, and Corporate Business Development Manager at Discovery Hotels & Resorts 2020.
Some of the certificates of expertise obtained include the Diploma in Selling & Sales Skills from the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI) in 1994 and the Diplôme d’études en Langue Française (DELF) from Institute de Langue Française, Paris in 1995.
Appointed as President Director of PT Mitrasraya Adhijasa (Persero) through the EGMS on January 5, 2021 which was recorded in the Notary Deed No. 75 dated January 20, 2021 regarding the Statement of Meeting Resolutions of PT Mitrasraya Adhijasa.
