As part of its commitment to sustainable development and social responsibility, PT Mitrasraya Adhijasa implements various CSR initiatives that reflect the company’s values and contribution to the surrounding community.

CSR Programs Implemented:

Through KC–Kuliner Cilandak, the company provides strategic business space for more than 20 local culinary MSMEs, with an affordable rental system and business management training.

  • Waste management and water recycling for the swimming pool
  • Tree planting and greening initiatives in the Cilandak Sport Center area
  • Training programs in collaboration with local institutions such as the Jakarta International Tennis Academy and The Jakarta Tuition Center
  • Providing activity space for schools and non-formal educational institutions
  • Annual donations to orphanages and local residents
  • Organizing collective fast-breaking (iftar) events, blood drives, and the slaughter and distribution of Qurban animals to local residents
